About Us
Our Mission
We are here for women. No matter their age, class, background, ethnicity, customs, or beliefs; no matter the situation. We believe we all make mistakes, but no one is a mistake. Our goal is to help women and families in need.
Our Story
The Life Choices Pregnancy Clinic has served the Ojai Valley and Ventura County since it began in 1984. We started as a simple, 24-hour telephone hotline, but within no time we were receiving so many phone calls that it became obvious we needed a “real” office. We offer FREE 3D/4D ultrasounds, pregnancy tests, STD tests, along with diapers, wipes, and clothes.
We are located at 1320 Maricopa Highway, Suite C, next to Ojai Community Hospital, behind Medical Arts Pharmacy. The Director or Nurse Manager answer or respond to all calls or texts (805-646-6830) as quickly as possible - we're here to help 24/7.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational and service organization. We are supported by donations from individuals and businesses and our annual fundraiser. If you would like to volunteer, click here.
Testimony from our clients
"My boyfriend left me when I found out I was pregnant. I decided to have this baby on my own, but Life Choices stepped in to help me. Seems I'm not so alone after all."
"Even though I’ve had ultrasounds done, I've only ever seen a 'blob' and never a baby with arms and legs. Life Choices' 3D/4D ultrasound machine makes the baby come ALIVE!"
"I was not sure how I would be able to afford this baby because I'm concerned about my finances as I’m barely making it financially now, let alone going on pregnancy leave and affording a baby. Life Choices has been with every step of the way with providing free ultrasounds, baby clothes, and diapers. They always come to my aid when I need it most."
"My husband was diagnosed with cancer and is undocumented. We were just trying to make ends meet to afford treatment for him. Life Choices helped us with diapers and clothes for our baby, but also helped us with the needs of our older children. They even helped us find organizations that could help even more."
